Sharing your login details with others, reselling account access, or hosting group viewings without commercial licensing is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on the Site and within our courses—including but not limited to pre-recorded videos, n8n workflow JSON files, Airtable templates, text, graphics, logos, and downloadable resources—is the exclusive property of 99DigiSolution Academy and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Course License & Usage

When you enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, educational use.

  • You may not: Download (unless a download link is explicitly provided, like for templates), record, reproduce, redistribute, sell, broadcast, or share our video content or proprietary materials on any other platform (e.g., YouTube, Telegram, Google Drive).

  • Piracy or unauthorized distribution of our paid content will result in immediate legal action and permanent banning from the platform.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Billing

  • Pricing: All course prices are listed on the Site (e.g., in INR ₹) and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the final price for that specific transaction.

  • Payment Processing: We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe) to process transactions. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers.

  • Access: Full access to the course material is granted only after successful payment processing.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

6. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

If your course includes access to a Discord community or comment sections, you agree to interact respectfully.

  • Harassment, spamming, self-promotion of competing products, or using hate speech will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the community and course platform without a refund.

7. Third-Party Tools & Services

Our courses teach you how to use third-party platforms (like n8n, Airtable, and Google Gemini). Your use of these third-party tools is governed by their respective Terms of Service. 99DigiSolution Academy is not responsible for any account bans, pricing changes, or technical failures that occur on these external platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 99DigiSolution Academy and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site, the course content, or your inability to access the Services.
