Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our courses, masterclasses, or digital products on aiagent.99digisolution.in. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Digital Products & Course Purchases

Due to the digital nature of our training programs—where you gain immediate access to proprietary video content, downloadable templates, n8n workflow files, and step-by-step frameworks—all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

Once a purchase is completed and access to the course dashboard is granted, we cannot revoke the knowledge or downloaded materials you have acquired. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind,” “lack of time to complete the course,” or “purchased by mistake.”

2. Exceptions (When We Issue a Refund)

We value our students and want to ensure a fair experience. We will process a full or partial refund only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same course due to a technical glitch on our payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe).

  • Failure to Deliver Access: If a technical error on our end prevents you from accessing the course materials, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48-72 hours of your ticket being raised.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • One-Time Purchases: Courses like the AI Agents Masterclass are sold for a one-time fee. There are no recurring charges to cancel.

  • Account Deletion: You may choose to stop using the platform and request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting support. However, deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for prior purchases.

4. How to Request Assistance

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above (such as duplicate billing), please reach out to us within 7 days of the transaction date.

To submit a request, please email us with the following details:

  2. The Email Address used for the purchase

  3. Course Name

  4. Order/Transaction ID

  5. Reason for the request (with screenshots if applicable)

Our billing team will review your request and respond within 2-4 business days. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
